Lil’ ones (5-8)

Our 5–8 classes focus on fun, movement, and confidence. Through games, simple techniques, and structured activities, children build coordination, balance, and listening skills while learning the foundations of Muay Thai in a positive, encouraging setting.

young ones (9-11)

Our 9–11 classes introduce more structured Muay Thai training while keeping sessions supportive and age-appropriate. Children begin learning controlled techniques, pad work, and discipline, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and self-control.

Teens & tweens (12+)
