What Happens in a Beginners Class?

Every beginners session is designed to build your confidence from the ground up.

We start with the foundations — no pressure, no intensity overload, just structured progression.

Each class begins with:

  • Skipping

  • Light warm up

  • Stretching & mobility work

Once you’re warm and ready, we break down the basics step by step. You’ll learn and practice:

  • Proper punch technique

  • Kicks

  • Knees

  • Blocks

  • Teeps

Everything is demonstrated clearly and coached properly so you understand not just what to do, but how to do it correctly.

You’ll leave feeling like you’ve learned something — not like you’ve just survived a workout.
