Private training is the quickest way to improve your technique, fitness, and confidence. Whether you’re a complete beginner, training for a fight, or just want focused coaching, 1–to–1 sessions are tailored to your goals and your pace.

What we do on a 1-to-1.

In a 1-to-1 We cover all we need to teach you what you need in thai boxing depending on what level you are. We push you as far as you can go.

What a session looks like:

  • Quick check-in – goals, energy, any injuries

  • Warm-up & mobility – tailored to what you’re working on

  • Technical coaching – clear drills + corrections

  • Pad rounds / conditioning – build skill and fitness

  • Wrap-up plan – what to practise next + progression

Not at all. Private training is one of the best ways to start.

Comfortable gym kit, water, and wraps/gloves if you have them. We can advise if you’re new.

Absolutely — sessions can be technique-focused, fitness-focused, or both.
