Welcome to our womens only class every Saturday morning 11AM-12PM. Taking you through the basics of thai boxing, eventually teaching you how to throw down with the best of em. Our Women’s Muay Thai Boxing classes are about more than fitness, they’re about building confidence, strength, and resilience in a supportive, women-only space. Whether you’re completely new or returning to training, you’ll be welcomed, encouraged, and guided every step of the way.

Our Women’s Only Muay Thai class is a welcoming and empowering space designed specifically for women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re completely new to Thai Boxing or have some experience, this session focuses on introducing you to the fundamentals of Muay Thai — including stance, footwork, basic strikes and pad work — in an encouraging and supportive environment.
