1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you do not attend a booked session, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided.
  • Missed sessions due to lateness, personal commitments, or change of mind are non‑refundable.
  • Refunds or rescheduling may only be offered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
  • If we cancel a session, you will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • Transfer to another available session.

3. Health and Safety

By participating in any training session, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit and able to take part in martial arts training.
  • You will inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before training.
  • You participate at your own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may be unsafe for you or others.

4. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TSP Thai Boxing is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage sustained during training, except where caused by proven negligence.
  • You are responsible for your own personal belongings while on the premises.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

5. Conduct and Behaviour

All participants must:

  • Follow instructor guidance at all times.
  • Treat staff and other members with respect.
  • Use equipment safely and appropriately.

We may remove or ban any participant for unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

6. Memberships and Packages (if applicable)

  • Memberships or class packages are non‑transferable unless agreed in writing.
  • Expiry dates apply where stated and unused sessions may be lost after expiry.

7. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice.
  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malicious material.
